Christmas is the story of God sending His Son into a world at war.

Matthew 2 shows the earthly conflict—Herod’s violent opposition—while Revelation 12 reveals the spiritual battle behind it as Satan tries to stop God’s plan. Yet God remains fully in control, guiding Joseph, fulfilling prophecy, and turning evil intentions into victory. Jesus’ birth is heaven’s invasion, the arrival of the Warrior-King who defeats the enemy through His life, death, and resurrection. As believers, we stand in that victory, staying alert, armored in God’s truth, and living as witnesses. At its heart, Christmas is God keeping His promise to crush the serpent and redeem His creation.
